POWERADE ION4 Powers The Pinoy Olympians

The Olympic fever is about to begin this coming Friday. I’m obviously excited and willing to just stay home, sit back, and watch it all on T.V. Of course, with our ensemble of athletes, I know we are going to bag home a win. For those of you who aren’t in-the-know with the latest Olympics 2012 update, we have 11 delegates, namely, Mark Barriga in Boxing, Marestella Torres and Rene Herrera in Athletics, Brian Rosario in Shooting, Jasmine Alkhaldi and Jessie Lacuna in Swimming, Tomohiko Hoshina in Judo, Daniel Caluag in Cycling, Hidilyn Diaz in Weightlifting, and Mark Javier and Rachel Anne Cabral in Archery. Following their success of the epic Hydration Revolution kick-off, the new POWERADE ION4® was also present at the send-off party given by the Philippine Olympic Committee at the Marikina Sports Complex last June 25, 2012.

The tidbits of info I was able to chance upon told me that Powerade ION4 is indeed the official sports drink of our delegates in the London 2012 Olympic Games. Aside from this, Powerade ION4 has chosen three of them as brand ambassadors (Marestella Torres, Mark Barriga and Brian Rosario).

With this, I wish our athletes good luck in their endeavors and I believe that, with the help of Powerade ION4, we have a clear shot at snagging that coveted gold!
