Trip to Jerusalem (Part 4): Authentic Shawarma

A trip in the Middle East would not be complete when you haven't savored on authentic shawarma. During our free day, we managed to squeeze in a lot of trips to different locations in Israel. There's the shawarma food fare to enjoy, shopping, and of course, more food trips. Sights, friends, and countless food explosion. Can't beat that!

Even in the Philippines, this Arabic meat preparation is a certified gastronomic affair. Of course, stepping into Israel, we can't afford to miss how real shawarma tastes like. It was a complete gustatory revelation, discovering how rich the meat was wrapped with a generous serving of vegetables perfect for an afternoon of just pure city-traveling.
