Here's my simplistic way of summing up Fashion Week: new collections + old friends = fashion fun
But sometimes, Fashion Week can also mean new friends. Ever since Bench invited several Dubai based designers to be part of their mammoth underwear show two years ago, these incredible talents have regularly returned to show at fashion week. Ben hosted a low key intimate dinner for Michael Cinco and Allison, an alumna of America's Next Top Model, the face of Impalpable, Michael's new fragrance. Allison bravely tried the Pinoy dishes at Abe, but she was particularly entranced by the crystalline colors of sago at gulaman.
The Bench fashion show closes Fashion Week, and it is always a much buzzed about show. As the saying goes: save the best for last.
