One of the must-try's when you're in London is modern Thai eatery Busaba Eathai! Yes, London and Thai isn't exactly a perfect combination. Or is it? I say it's totally okay to go Thai... especially when it's this yummy!
This Thai heaven was conceived by Alan Yau, the man behind Wagamama and Hakkasan. Ten years since its inception, Busaba continues to deliver fresh Thai food within an interior that reflects the warmth and richness of all that is Thai.
Busaba opened in Bicester Village late November 2010. Since then, it has never failed to delight visitors (like I) with its mouth-watering Thai inspired breakfast menu alongside its infamous award winning menu of Thai salads, noodles, curries and stir-fries with an authenticity and quality that exceeds expectations. And yes, a whole lot more!
